Students who intend to return to DLSU and enroll for Term 3 AY
19-20 must send email request using their DLSU Gmail account to

1) For two (2) installment payments, 2nd month pay is due on or before Midterm.
2) As for three (3) installment payments, 3rd month pay is due on or before the final week.

1) Present a copy of your Enrollment Assessment Form (EAF) when paying at any branch.
A digital copy of the EAF shall be accepted by the above banks, in lieu of a printed EAF.
3) Student to send via email the validated payment slip (scanned or photo) to Finance and
Accounting Office (jose.albania@dlsu.edu.ph) for preparation of official receipt (OR)
