What is a project? Project identification

A project is a proposal prepared for
yourself, for someone else, for a
whole community or even for a
country. It involves making plans for
the future and describing them to
others or to the community as a
whole (TL 04 booklet)
Checking out the context:
 Proper research. It is like the foundation of a house.
Researching the project:
 Understand the field of operation
 For whom the project is designed (beware of local
traditions, customs as well as political, religious and
economical issues)
