Can I view Express Portables?
Absolutely! Please contact us on 0498 772 33 to book an appointment. We’re
located in Southport, QLD.
How long will my Express Portables take to arrive?
Once payment is received, we can hold your item(s) and deliver it on a date that
suits you best. If you require immediate delivery, we aim to have Express Portables
delivered to you within 2 weeks of payment.
Are Express Portables insulated?
Yes! Express Portables have 50mm insulated panel walls.
What is the structural frame made of?
Express Portables have a steel framed construction.
Are Express Portables easily transportable?
Absolutely! Express Portables have forklift pockets for easy transportation from
site to site.
How do I connect to electricity?
Express Portables have an external IP66 Distribution board for the main power
connection. Once delivered, you’ll need to engage a local electrician to install this.
How do I connect to water?
Express Portables fixtures and fittings are WELS Watermark AS/NZS 6400:2016
compliant. Once delivered, you’ll need to engage a local plumber to connect to
water.
Can I connect to sewer mains?
Yes, it’s the customer’s responsibility to coordinate a qualified plumber to connect
to sewerage or a septic tank. Express Portables have drains that penetrate through
the floor ready for connection at your property.
FAQs - Transport & Delivery
How are Express Portables delivered?
By crane truck (a truck with a crane on the back). Generally (depending on your
delivery location) the crane can reach approximately 6m when lifting the Express
Portables off the truck to place it down.
Option 1: DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION
We will install footings before the arrival of your Express Portables product. The
Express Portables product is then craned off the truck onto the footings and
secured. Our installers are not licensed for electrical or plumbing. You’ll need to
engage a local licensed contractor.
Option 2: DELIVERY ONLY
Express Portables are craned off the truck and placed on level ground.There is no
installation of footings prior to delivery. This option is best for someone preparing
their own footings.
Option 3: PICK UP
You can arrange your own suitable transport to collect from our depot located on
the Gold Coast QLD. Please contact us so we can help.
Can Express Portables be placed on uneven ground?
Yes, our installers can supply and install steel pile footings. If you require
installation on sloping ground, please contact us.
I think my site is difficult to access, what are my options?
Our installers are pretty good (in our opinion!). Please contact us with any site
queries and we will work through the best option for you.
Can Express Portables be moved around?
Absolutely! Express Portables can be moved by crane or forklift. They have forklift
pockets with tie-down cleats on each corner for efficient relocation.
How is delivery and/or installation calculated?
The transport and installation costs are calculated by the ease or difficulty of
access and the cost of the transport mode. All Express Portables delivery and
installations are unique and need to be reviewed individually.
We have footing options for all ground conditions which suit whether the Express
Portable product is being used on a temporary or long-term basis.

What payment methods do you accept?
Internet transfer (Account and BSB), Paypal and Credit Card.
What is the finance option?
We have teamed up with TLC (Total Lifestyle Credit) to provide weekly payment
options. Once you have filled out the application and the loan amount they then
can provide you with all the information and options.
Do I need any approvals to have Express Portables on my premises?
Express Portables are designed as a transportable bathroom solution, so in most
cases do not need approvals.
What happens if I have a problem with my Express Portables product?
We appreciate that things can go wrong from time to time; please contact us and
we can work through the problem together.
Can I return an Express Portables product?
Once delivered we can’t accept any returns that are due to a change of mind. If
there is an additional problem, please contact us and we can work together to find
a solution.
