Sub: Nalgonda Municipality – Constitution of control room while

attaching the Rescue team duly procuring the required material
and vehicles for immediate response to attend the Monsoon and
disaster management - Restoration of damages in connection with
the heavy rains – Orders – Issued - Reg.

ORDER:

In pursuance of the instructions issued through the reference cited, in

view of the precautionary measures experience of damages occurred in certain
places it is determined to establish one control room in Municipal Office while
attaching Rescue team round the clock along with the required vehicles,
materials to attend the places where there is damages occurred like water
stagnate, water supply, street lights, roads, drains, dilapidated condition old
house compound walls, falling of trees on the roads in the town and to take
quick immediate action on the spot by way of shift system as such the control
room is here by constituted with the following responsible staff in 24X7
employees from each section as detailed below.

Sri B.Ramulu, Executive Engineer who has to discharge his duties as

Monitoring Officer for Sanitation, Town planning, Water Supply and Street
Light.

In this connection all the above drafted employees including all section
heads are strictly instructed that all are must be alert and be careful and take
precautionary measures to minimize the flood damages particularly properties
like municipal and private and also to avoid loss of Human Lives.

The above drafted Officers/Staff should attend the duties during the
emergency period. Any slackness to attend above duties will be viewed
seriously and action will be taken as per C.C.ARules.
