BUSSER Job Responsibilities

To succeed in this role, BUSSER will need to have a positive attitude, good time
management skills and the ability to work well under pressure with guests and
other staff.
1. Greeting and seating customers.
2. Offering the menu.
3. Offering drink to customers.
4. Making drink, hot tea, etc. No alcohol offering if you are under 18.
5. Engage with customers in a positive, humble, friendly manner (smile).
6. Providing excellent customer service, bring food to customers as per seat
number on the receipt, confirm with customers for correctness.
7. Food packing, deliver food to customers, provide utensils (if needed),
provide drink as per order, send pick up “ready” message via our POS
system to customer and close the pending ticket.
8. Bus tables, bring back dirty plates, bowls, glasses, utensils, etc.
9. Dirty and empty plates, bowls, silverware, glasses MUST be well organized
when return to DISHWASH station in the back.
10. Clean table using cleaning brush and dustpan before applying cleaning cloth.
11. DO NOT use napkin to wrap food scrap or clean the table.
12. Refilling drinks, refilling water, refilling cloth napkins, silverwares, to go
container, drinking cups, condiment cups, etc.
13. Ensure customers are enjoying their meals, ask question if they are satisfied
and take action to correct any problems.
14. Prepare checks for payment, make sure that all split seats receive all of their
checks (in case of split payment).
15. Collect payments from tables and able to handle money accurately ** staff
on training must perform under supervision.
16. Keep dining area and restaurant environment tidy and ready to be of service
for guests at all times, including restroom, floor, waiting area, table, table
base, seat, bathroom mirror, entrance door knobs, menu, organize leaflets,
magazines, newspapers, candy, etc.
17. Refilling drinks in the front cooler.
18. Always be clean.
19. Always wear mask.
20. Help food preparation staff when required or if assigned.
