3) Methodology
Research Design
Examining the principles of the Constitution and Republic of Albania is the goal of this study
strategy. This subject is very important since it clarifies the framework and guiding principles
that Albania's political and judicial system is based on. This study tries to offer a thorough
understanding of the constitutional underpinnings of the nation by looking at the Constitution, its
historical context, and its effects on the Republic of Albania.
Research Procedures
The actions listed below were taken:
We started by conducting an initial phase of study when we looked at previous works, scholarly
articles, and legal documents related to the subject. We were able to outline our main study
questions and goals thanks to this early investigation.
We then made a research framework by outlining our goals and inquiries in great detail. Along
with taking into account the time and resource limits, we also thought about the study's scope
and limitations. This framework served as a guide for our investigation.
The gathering of data was essential to our investigation. We did a thorough analysis of the
literature, looking at pertinent sources such the Constitution, statutory law, historical records, and
court decisions. In order to get opinions from a range of stakeholders, including lawyers,
academics, politicians, and citizens, we also created survey questions and interview guidelines.
Kind of data
Both qualitative and quantitative data sources were employed in our investigation of the
principles of the Constitution and the Republic of Albania.
For the purpose of gathering in-depth viewpoints and ideas from many stakeholders, qualitative
data was absolutely essential. Interviewing intellectuals, legislators, citizens, and legal experts
was a part of this. We were able to study the participants' experiences, viewpoints, and
interpretations of the Constitution and the Republic of Albania thanks to the interviews'
extensive and complex material. Additionally, open-ended survey questions allowed participants
to freely express their views and ideas while also being geared to elicit qualitative replies.
On the other hand, quantitative data offered numerical information that could be examined
statistically. Structured survey questionnaires with closed-ended questions were used to gather
this kind of information.
Our study was able to offer a thorough grasp of the subject by combining qualitative and
quantitative data. While the quantitative data gave a quantitative evaluation of several factors
relating to the Constitution and the Republic of Albania, the qualitative data allowed us to delve
into the subtleties and intricacies of people' opinions.

Collection Procedures
To provide a thorough and trustworthy research method, we followed specified protocols for
gathering data on the Constitution of the Republic of Albania. The following steps made up the
collection procedures:
Analysis of the papers: We had access to primary materials, such as the Constitution and its
amendments, as well as laws and other government papers. Through the analysis of these legal
texts, we looked at the provisions and investigated the clauses, tenets, and essential rights
enshrined in the Constitution by evaluating these legal texts. As a result, we were able to
comprehend the Republic of Albania's constitutional framework, power dynamics, and important
institutions' functions.
Legal Cases: To learn more about how the Constitution is interpreted and applied, we looked at
pertinent legal cases. These cases shed light on the judiciary's interpretation of the Constitution
and its effect on Albania's legal system. We made a deeper comprehension of the constitutional
consequences in real-world situations by studying legal precedents and court rulings.
Selection and access
Selection: To assure the choice of pertinent and informed participants in our study of the
Constitution of the Republic of Albania, we used a purposive sampling technique. We were able
to collect opinions from significant law figures who may offer insightful viewpoints on the
subject thanks to this method.
Access: We used a combination of publicly accessible sources and well-established professional
networks to get the information we needed. We used trusted governmental websites and
renowned institutions to access primary sources like the Constitution, laws, and official papers.
Human subjects review
We acknowledged the significance of ethical considerations in our study of the Constitution of
the Republic of Albania and put a human subjects review mechanism in place. All individuals
participated in the interviews and surveys had to give their informed consent as part of the
evaluation procedure. We made sure that participants were completely aware of the study's goals,
their rights as volunteers, and any advantages or disadvantages that might come from taking part.
