1) M5109(clean water pump motor) is fully

serviced.

 Data obtained, problems found&

observations seen from the motor
 DE side bearing code=6317/C3Z1
 NDE side bearing code =6314/C3Z1

&NDE bearings cavity.

 Mechanical rubber coupling and the

coupling it self were found badly
damaged.

 Pump(impeller) shaft was not freely

rotating.
Corrective actions taken
 Cleaning of DE&NDE side bearings
and grease replacement.

tightening & stator winding inspection
 Type of grease used =EP2
 Amount of grease used=
Approximately 0.1KG for NDE &
0.15KG FOR DE bearings.

2)M5110(clean water pump motor) is also fully

serviced.

3)M5101(IS raw water pump motor) is fully
serviced.

bearings cavity but NDE bearing was
found good.
