BUSINESS PLAN FORMAT

Per group, You are to present or design a Project that will be useful for you in the near
future.
You need to at least apply what we have learned from this in our school. You are to design
a Proposal, and this is the format:
Title of the Project/ Business

Introduction ( at least 5 paragraphs application of the research format you have learned in
the research, this will tell the project description, requirements)
Vision (it is the over-all picture of your business)
Mission (it is the reason why you design this business and for whom)
Values ( Principles and standards of operations)

MANAGEMENT ANALYSIS
OPERATION ANALYSIS
MARKETING ANALYSIS

Short- and Long-Term Objectives (Business goals)

FINANCIAL ANALYSIS
 But, you will still rely on the format, or to the sample given to you, provided that the
abovementioned guide will reflect on your output.
REMINDER:
YOU HAVE TO IMPLEMENT THE BUSINESS AND MAKE IT HAPPEN FOR ONE AND
ONE-HALF WEEK, WITH A TOTAL OF 8 WEEKS, BECAUSE THE REMAINING WEEKS
WILL BE THE EVALUATION AND PRESENTATION OF YOUR BUSINESS
IMPLEMENTATION WITH PICTURES AS PROOF OF EVIDENCE FOR THIS LESSON.
