FINAL CASE:
Somewhere in the universe or in the world, each group is planning to
set up a business. These businesses must be in different sectors for each
group. Selected industry depends on you.
Each group will prepare a five year business plan framed according to
strategic management concept.
I want you to show in your business plan;
1.Industry analysis,
2.Vision Statement of the business,
3.Motto of the business,
4.SWOT Analyses of the business,
5.Organization Chart of the business,
6.Value Chain of the business (Which values are your core values?),
7.Strategies of Business with detailed explanations,
8.Objectives of Functional Departments for the first year (By the way
you are free for your organization),
9.Financial statements (Income statement and Discounted Cash Flow
analyses).
I want you to write fiction. Feel free to constitute your company as you
want but dont forget that study must be compliant with the strategic
management framework.
Each group will have 60 minutes to make a presentation in front of
class.
