founder(s); use screenshots of how this app interface looks like.
● Make use of the business canvas model to plug in all the things together.

2. External Analysis:(Menaha) (both in 5 slides)


● Analyze the external environment using relevant tools (e.g., PESTEL, Five
Forces) to identify industry trends and opportunities.
● To do the external analysis or five forces analysis, you can use data points to
substantiate your analysis
● Analyze the platformization if applicable

3. Internal Assessment:(Menaha)
● Assess the organization's internal strengths and weaknesses through SWOT
analysis and value chain analysis.
● Asses platformization from the firm’s perepective

4. Business-Level Strategies:(Nainpreet) (3slide)


● Analyze the organization's business-level strategies, including differentiation,
cost leadership, and focus, blue ocean strategies (whichever applies)
● You can competitive analysis and compare and contrast what and why CRED
is doing things differently from the competition. What are the rules of the
game in this industry?
5. Corporate Strategy:(Darshana)(3slide)
● Evaluate the organization's corporate strategy, such as diversification, vertical
integration, and strategic alliances. Organic vs. Inorganic growth

6. Corporate Governance Analysis:(Nainpreet) (1slide)


● Examine the organization's corporate governance structure, including board
composition, leadership, and ethical practices.
7. Financial Performance Evaluation:(Naman & Neelmani) (6 slide)
● Analyze the organization's financial statements to assess its financial health,
profitability, liquidity, and solvency. (and that of the next best competitor)
● Include funding stages and valuation thereof, and why such funding were
required
● For all the revenue streams, comparative analysis can make sense
● for financial metrics, do more analysis, make graphs and interpret them
