1. S = Strength
• have good quality prduct and has featured is can make costumer
interest( 501,DCSpro, headlamp, & Artlift )
• have multifunction product, so can use in OBGYN,THT, GS &
AESTETIK.
• already have certificate kemenkes, CE & KFDA.
• have staff the mayority is still young so productivity is high.
2. W = Weakness (Kelemahan)
• stability system in company not yet stabile.
• after sales service still not maximal.
• have product bad quality and so many complain(DCSpro).
• didn’t have costumer service for receive complains and response.
• didn’t have website.
3. O = Opportunity
• indonesian government have program for increase service of
healthy and the program name is “ Indonesia Sehat”.
• the device already used by the hospital famous, as : RSCM,
Pondok indah and RSPAD Gatot Subroto. So can make
credibility increase.
4. T = Threats (Ancaman)
• competitor getting increase and offer device with same
specification and than the competitive price.

• BPJS, make doctor in difficulty for purchase device by private.


Strategy SO

• focus sell to government hospital and private hospital.

• offering and promotion headlamp to clinic and hospital, dr can buy


by private even in hospital, because has good quality and feature is
new.
Strategy ST

• Tell the strong point, we have certificate of kemenkes, CE & KFDA

• Take strategy pricing exactly.

• increase the promotion to hands on at seminar for residance for build


brand image, this is big company do.
Strategy WO

• do proffesional service and training staff very well for do service like
proffesional

• provide costumer service for receive complains and response from


costumer.

• increase quality after sales service.

• make website for increase credibility company and input some


content is can make costumer interest and trust .
Strategy WT

• Change the name DCSpro if we want have DCSpro is upgrade one,


because avoid the brand image is not good .

• Stabilize system company to were more professional and costumer


tending to trust company levels of credibility his high and service
more professional.
