Wake up each day and understand that you owe yourself your greatness. Whatever outcome you
desire in life, you want to be wealthy, famous, powerful? Create the behavioral pattern that will achieve
that outcome

Never worry about who just made N10Milllion in 30 days, who just bought a mansion or who just had
dinner with Obama. If you wrap yourself and begin to worry about these things, you've excellently set
yourself up for depression. You don't know what's happening backstage

It's evidently clear that low self esteem has kicked in already and it's on the rampage. Folks now use
material gains to measure true worth and value of a person. You're basically evaluated with how
many/much material stuff you own

Don't wrap your value around useless "Followership Metrics" on Instagram, Twitter and YouTube.
There's a lot of facade going on. Only if you knew! I speak from a place of accurate knowledge

Wake up and give your best shot at what you're currently doing. Celebrate your N20,000 monthly
income and never worry about who's counting millions in minutes. You're your first "CHEER LEADER"

Your true worth and value is tied to your identity. Whatever you do, keep your identity intact in this
insane times. Communicate only what you should.

I know it's rough and difficult now, "CRY" when you should and yeah I've cried too and still do but in
the end it will be worth it if you faint not

LEARN HOW TO EARN FROM YOUR GIFT AND PASSION THIS YEAR Part 1

In 2016 after I finished my university my thought was how can I be financially free even though that
was not the time I should be asking that question intentionally, yes I was suppose to do before
graduating from the university but the truth is ignorance took over my mindset that's why until I was
delivered.

So after some months as a graduate I started looking for answers and it dawn on me that I can write
so I went on social media and began to post articles thinking likes and comments will translate into
alerts in my bank account but no it didn't.

Frustrations began to romance my mind, most times I gave up on writing because I was not earning
from it, after some research and self provoking questions I went ahead to look for answers.

In 2017 I went to ekiti for service and during that one year I found out ways which I could earn from my
writing gift and passion, I will be sharing few of them with us so we won't get depressed that we are not
earning from our gift and passion.
One of the keys to financial success in 2019 is understanding how to earn from your gift and passion.

The truth is that God didn't design your job to be the only channel for you to have income, He gave you
that passion and gift so that you can earn from it and even create wealth from it.

Your job should be one of the channels for income flow not the only channel for income flow.

One of the knowledge you should chase after this year is how to earn massively from your gift and
passion because that's your bailout from waiting for delayed salaries, end of the month salary which
won't be enough or even a sack letter that will come unexpectedly.

2019 will be the same as 2018 if you ignore your gifts and passion, if you refuse to learn how to
monetize your gift and passion then you are going to be broke despite all the gift and passion you
carry.

The following are some of the ways I have used to create streams of income for myself weekly and
monthly just from my gift and passion.

1. IDENTIFY PROBLEMS YOUR GIFT AND PASSION CAN SOLVE

In the days of ignorance I thought my gift will automatically bring me wealth, I didn't know that the
formula was for me to identify problems I can use my gift and passion to solve.

Many people are talented, gifted and passionate about one thing or the other yet they are still broke
and poor, most of these people struggle to feed yet they carry what can feed nations.

If you don't find problems your gift and passion can solve then forget about making money from your
gift and passion.
When I discovered that I had passion for writing and I could create content even without looking at
another person's content which is a gift, I started looking for problems my passion for writing could
solve.

I began to write books and people started buying, hmm so my books solved problems for people then I
looked for more problems to solve using my writing gift and I found out that people wanted to learn
how to write articles, books and become exceptional writers then I organized monthly trainings to solve
the problem of poor writing skills and how to write articles and books which people will break the bank
for to buy.

I earn from my writing skills every month in different ways which I listed in my monthly trainings.

So identify problems your gift and passion can solve or else you will be beating the air instead of
reaching your target.

You were not designed to solve all problems with your gift and passion that's why I said identify
problems your gift and passion can solve.

One of the problems I identified that my gift and passion for writing can solve is to coach people on
how to write, publish and market their books with effective results which can't be denied.
