ARCHITECTURE

Data Flow

In the above working model, the GNSS L89 captures location and timestamps from the satellites. The
L89 module sends this data to the controller. The controller uploads to the open API server BHUVAN
via LoRa Transceiver. The LoRa transceiver connected to the controller facilitates long range wireless
communication. It transmits the encoded GPS data over the LoRa network to LoRa gateway which in
turn gets uploaded to the server. The server can store the GPS data in database or process it further or
make it available for retrieval by API consumers.

BHUVAN
● Bhuvan is an Indian satellite-based mapping platform developed by the Indian Space
Research Organization (ISRO). It provides a variety of features and capabilities for
geospatial data visualization and analysis
● Bhuvan allows users to create customized maps by adding their own data layers,
markers, annotations, and overlays. It also supports collaboration and sharing of
maps, enabling users to collaborate with others and share their geospatial data.
● Bhuvan offers an open API (Application Programming Interface) that allows
developers to integrate Bhuvan's geospatial data and functionalities into their own
applications or websites. The API provides access to various Bhuvan services,
including satellite imagery, data layers, and measurement tools.
