Dear Sir,

Last week, 10 May, I ordered headphones from your online store, “Amazon.com”. I was very
excited about it, because I often buy things on your website and I always get really satisfied
with the service in general, but that was not what happened this time.

Well, I certainly read the product description before I buy it, but it looks like the description
does not match with the product at all. I spent unnecessary money on it and I really expected
it would be in a very good condition; however this was not the reality. The headphones' cable
came torn and there is no sound coming from the left side.

I am not going to lie, I am truly disappointed, but I am sending this because I believe you
guys are going to resolve this. In fact, it is not even fair to receive something like this and call
it a product. Then, I genuinely hope to receive another product in a better condition or I want
my money back.
