New mentoring script

**introduction**

Hello! I’m your mentor sSiennaaa, but I would


like it if you would call me kat. :catKiss:

Before we start may I have your pronouns, and


perhaps something you like to be called? :glow:

Ok great!

Please take notice that the **mentoring


process** could take up to a hour or more ⏱

Would you be available for the whole process?

Before we start it would be nice if you could


react to my messages or say ‘ok got it’ or say
‘question’ if you have a question.

First let’s talk about **access**

**access** - You’re required to work a minimum


of 300 minutes (5 hours) a week as a high rank.
Time spent in the AFK room does not go
towards your total access. Access resets every
rst Sunday of a month. Ensure you’ve done the
minimum requirement er, if not successfully
completed you’ll receive an o cial warning. In
order to be promoted, you must work at least
1700 minutes during the month, or 420 minutes
a week. Access will be reduced or paused in
servers with too many high ranks.

Seeing the word **o cial warning** might sound


confusing, but I’m about to tell you that guards,
can get “striked” like workers.

Instead of strikes, we use warnings/reminders.


So let’s talk about them! :catKiss:

**OW/FW/FR**

An OW means; o cial warning. 3 OW’S and


you will be discharged, and we wouldn’t like
that :pepe_crying:. An FW means; friendly
warning, you will always get a FW rst if you like
tool abuse etc.. I’ll talk more about tool abiding
in the practical stage. An FR means; a friendly
reminder. These will be in Dms so you can look
back and learn from your mistakes!

FW/FR’S, let’s go back to more good soup
things you as an hr should know! :catjump:

**Inactivity Notice**

- Inactivity notices are available if you’re unable


to complete your access for whatever reason
(vacation, sickness, school, unexpected event,
etc.) You’re only eligible to claim two inactivity
notices a month through creating a ticket. 🌀
You must create the ticket BEFORE the middle
of week you would like the notice.🌐 :glow:

Promotions and Deductions - Promotions and


deductions take place the rst Sunday of each
month. It’s impossible to get promoted whilst
having an o cial warning. Working 1700
minutes while having a clean warning record will
ensure you’ll get promoted. The only option to
remove an o cial warning is to work 1700
minutes. In that case, you won’t be promoted
but you’ll receive a deduction of your o cial
warning.

**Remember, you don’t need to read fast!

**HR Meetings** - Countless meetings are


hosted every month to ensure you’re able to
nd a time suitable for you. As a HR, you’re
expected to attend at least one HR meeting
once a month. Failing to attend leads to an OW.
A HR meeting is at least an hour long and
consists of new/up incoming information you’re
required to know. 💠

**Star** - Every week there’s a di erent category


to get a star (access,calls, chat activity,  or
duties). The top 20 players who’ve done the
most in that category that week will earn a star.
The perks of having a star is the option to take
o your armor, a badge beside your name on
discord and in game and a oating star. :glow:

Ok, let’s talk more about FW/OW/FR. Like let’s


talk about their expiration date. An OW will last
60 days. An FW will last 40 days.

The **striking** section.

Striking Table and HR Handbook - Ensure


you’re consistently checking the striking table
and handbook in case a change has been made
by Management. Most importantly, to ensure
you’re using the carefully constructed
boundaries appropriately while punishing
workers. Never forget to collect proof before
striking! If you don’t collect proof you will be
given a FW! If it’s serious like a ban you MUST
collect proof, it can even be proof from
someone else or for ranking, you can see the
#commandlogs channel to see what commands
are people using. 💠

Dealing with o enses - As a Kavra’s Kingdom


high rank, you’re expected to follow the
provided striking table at all times. Allow me to
explain in-depth, *all in depth*

If a player breaks a rule classi ed as an ‘issue’


on the striking table, assign the player a strike.
After being striked, if they decide to continue,
assign another strike.

To strike someone you must say -strikingtable.


Scroll till you nd the strike your using. What
ever number is on the side of it, you use it for
example, -strike WHOEVER **strike number**
**reason**.

As soon as the o ense has been committed,


you must say “-strikingtable”. You’ll search for
the issue and explain in detail exactly what the
player did. For example, -strike PLAYERNAME
77, trolling as a guest by asking receptionists
for tacos with milk inside of it.

In the past, the commands -warn, -arrest or


-ban were used. That’s been discontinued,
you’re expected to use -strike. So please don’t
use -ban -warn -arrest because if you do and
don’t self-report you could get a fw / ow.

All o enses on the striking table are numbered,


these numbers are located directly beside the
o ense. In the striking formula, the number after
the player's username is the rule’s number, not
the strike they’re on.

Incorrect Punishments - This part is extremely


important. It’s a privilege to become a high rank,
you must be responsible. If you’re caught
punishing incorrectly, you’ll be severely
punished in return. If you’ve accidentally
assigned the wrong strike to a player, create a
ticket to get it removed, and release them.

Incorrectly releasing- the command -release


PLAYERNAME is ONLY for people you have
striked wrongly. When you do this release then
make ticket this way management knows. If you
incorrectly release like “they explained
themselves and said they would never do it
again.” DONT EVER DO THIS ⚠ ⚠ this can
result in a fw / ow.

Call system- if someone calls and you answer


and there is a massive ght. Please don’t take
sides, if they continue give them both a strike
for disagreement with another worker.

Let’s talk about **discord servers**.

Discord Servers - Kavra’s Kingdom has two


o cial discord server you’re needed to join:

KK Public Server and KK High Ranks.

KK High Ranks- Leaving this server will lead to


an instant discharge. It’s important to be active
in them to ensure you don’t miss any important
announcements/updates, most importantly to
communicate with the HR team. You will get
invited to this server right after mentoring.

KK Public Server - You’re able to assist/


communicate with workers here, but you won’t
have any power unless you’re a mod.

Here’s two servers you’re recommended to stay


in: HR Recruitment Server and KK Ranks
Support.

HR Recruitment Server - This server isn’t


necessary unless you’ve been promoted and
would like to mentor new HRs. Like how I’m

KK Ranks Support - This server provides the


best tips/tricks for working e ciently. https://

All these servers are extremely important,


especially when making tickets.
