    1. Welcoming address and opening of the meeting, president of Latvia and NBDSF, Iveta Kraze,
    and president of Estonia Deaf Sports Union, Sergey Matvijenko.
    2. Approval of NBDSF Meeting manager and recorder.
    3. Roll call.
    4. Approval of the agenda.
    5. Minutes of the previous meeting (in Sweden 05 - 07 May 2017, in Greece 18 October 2018)
    6. Report on activities:
    6.1. NBC orienteering 2018 in Sweden
    6.2. NBC disc golf in 2018 in Estonia
    6.3. Sport festival and Youth sport camp in Aland 2018 - did not happen.
    6.4. NBC beach volleyball 2019 in Finland - did not happen.
    7. Funding and continuation of the NBDSF activities
    8. Creation and approval of the NBDSF complete calendar for the year 2020 and later
    9. NBDSF countries proposals to ICSD Congress
    10. Changed NBDSF competition rules/participating countries
    11. The next country of NBDSF presidency for 2019 - 2023
