1. Create an account
• Link to the portal: https://imnhc2023.dryfta.com/index.php
• As a new user, go to the top menu and click on Create
Account
• Enter your details
• If you already have an account, click on Login to the upper
right corner
• If you forgot your password, click on Forgot your Password?,
then enter your email. You will receive an email to reset your
password.
• For a different language, you may select your language of
choice under Select Language in the upper right-hand
corner
• If you do not receive any email confirmation, kindly check
your Spam (or Junk) mail and mark as Not Spam.
2. Submitting a new Fellowship Application

• Click on Submissions in the menu

• Click on New Submission

• Select Fellowship
• Click Next to move on
• Click Save anytime during the application
process if you plan to leave the site and
revisit later (Save button at bottom of
screen)
3. How to fill out the Fellowship form
BACKGROUND INFORMATION AND ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• Any field with an asterisk (*) is mandatory

• Fellowship Applicant Details
• Title: Please enter your name
• Preferred language
• Eligibility Criteria: confirm you are
• Between the ages of 18-35
• Have 5 years or less of professional MNH
experience
• Have received, at minimum, a professional
diploma (e.g. associate’s degree) or higher
4. How to fill out the Fellowship form
APPLICATION QUESTIONS

• You can submit either in written format OR in

video format.
• The review team will only review ONE format
per candidate so please only submit ONE.
• Essay format
• Max of 1,200 words
• Video format
• Max of 3 minutes
• Max 700 MB; .mp4 file types only
5. How to fill out the Fellowship form
APPLICATION DOCUMENTS

• You must upload an updated CV/Resume and

Letter of Reference in addition to your essay or
video submission.
• Your Letter of Reference can be from a peer,
colleague, educator, or supervisor; it should
speak to why you are a good fit for the
Fellowship Program
• Acceptable formats are .pdf with a max of
1MB

Please make sure you meet the following eligibility criteria:

☐ I confirm that on May 8, 2023, I will be between the ages of 18 and 35 years old.
☐ I confirm that I have five (5) years or less of professional experience in maternal and/or newborn health.
☐ I confirm that I have received, at minimum, a professional diploma (e.g. associates degree) or higher.
Submission

• Once you have submitted, you may withdraw your application

• You will also receive an email confirmation with a PDF file of your submission
