CONSTRUCTION AREA CALCULATIONS FOR THE ABOVE PROJECT.

Please note that the ground floor of the Farm House considered in construction area.
Herewith enclosed are construction area calculations.
Kindly note that

Total Construction Area of Farm House


Ground floor area = 1482 SFT
Ground floor chhajja projection( 60% of 500 SFT) = 300 SFT
Total area = 1482 SFT + 300 SFT = 1782 SFT X Rs. 70/- = Rs.124740/-

Total Site Development Area (swimming pool) = 545 SFT X Rs. 50/- = Rs. 27250/-

Note:
Following services is considered free of cost
site development except swimming pool,
Interior finishes and false ceiling design work’
Kindly note that
A) Total Fees for “Architectural Design & Site Development Consultancy Work”
= Rs. 1,51,990/-

Stage 1

On Appointment /Acceptance of Offer. Rs. 50000/- Of The Total Fees Payable,

Stage 2

After completion of plinth level. 40% Of The Total Fees Payable.

Stage 4

After completion of 1st slab level. 60% Of The Total Fees Payable.
Stage 7

After completion of brick work & Plaster. 80% Of The 215000/- Total Fees Payable.

Stage 6

After completion of Swimming Pool, Painting and 100% Of The Total Fees Payable.
finishes.

Total Fees for Architectual Design & Site Development = Rs. 1,51,990/-
Now at present the work has been completed 100%,
So the value of the contract work comes = Rs. 1,51,990/-
Fees Received Apr2021 = Rs. 25,000/-(cash)

Total Fees Received = Rs. 25,000/-


Balance Fees = Rs. 1,26,990/-

Kindly make this payment as early as possible...

rendered by the firm, shall be payable by the client, over and above the gross fee charged
by the firm in relation to service provided.
