Architecture / Structure / MEP containing:
 General arrangement Plans – pdf & dwg
 Foundation Plans – pdf & dwg
 Fabric Setting Out Plans – pdf & dwg
 Finishes Plans – pdf & dwg
 Reflected Ceiling Plans - pdf & dwg
 Detail plans and sections for toilets/stairs/ablution areas – pdf & dwg
 Schedules for doors, windows & furniture
 Building Elevations – pdf & dwg – 4 Nos.
 Building Sections – pdf & dwg – 2 Nos.
 Isometric Stack-Up Plans - pdf

Proposal:
The cost for above services will be 3,50,000 Rs. Exclusive of tax

Total Delivery time will be 75 days from signing of contract.

Any delay due to provision of details necessary for the development of above specs shall be deducted from above
delivery time if it causes a pause in work-flow. Client will be provided status update or incomplete drawing set from 30
days onwards at least every 20 days.

Summary of payment:
Mobilization Advance: 2,00,000/

Upon Final Deliverable Date: 1,50,000/

Any addendum upon design after work start will be additionally charged @ 25Rs Per Built-up Area & 15Rs Per Non Built-
up Area. Delivery time shall be further stretched to incorporate the design changes.

Summary of Project:
Gross Area – 15925 sft or 1479sqm

Total Built-up Area – 12727 sft or 1182.37sqm

Scope of Works:
 Detail Structure Design (calculations and design reports)
 Detail Structural Drawings (Construction Drawings)
 Site supervision for structural work inspection.

The lump sum rate for the above mentioned services will be Rs. 125000/-

Please note that these services will be provided on individual basis not on company basis.

The company panel, stamp and signature is not included.

Also note that the prerequisites for structural design like detailed architectural drawings and site soil report
will be required.

 Rs. 50000/= Advance payment

 Rs. 50000/= After receiving the complete structural drawings
 Rs. 25000/= during the construction. Total 5 to 7 visits will be made. Rs 3500/= to Rs 5000/= on each
visit.

The time duration for the design and few other important things will be discussed in the meeting
