1. RENTAL FEES/RETAINER. Client hereby covenants and agrees to pay a sum of TOTAL OF RENTAL FEES for the use of the Rental
Items. Rental Items will be reserved upon receipt of a signed Rental Agreement and a 50% (Fifty Percent) retainer of the Total
Rental Fees {This is non-refundable}. The remaining 50% (Fifty Percent) balance is due 14 (Fourteen) days before the Event; with
the exception if the date of event is moved. If Event is moved, the final balance is due on the original due date. ALL orders placed
less than 14 (Fourteen) days before Event must be paid in full at time of reservation. All orders $350 or less, must be paid in full at
time of reservation.
2. FINAL SELECTIONS. Client will make any final selections and additions to this agreement within 14 (Fourteen) days before the
Event. The final fee will be based upon the amount of items, goods, and services agreed to as of that time. White Glove does not
guarantee the availability of rental items until the Client and White Glove have signed the Agreement and/or Addendum.
3. INSPECTION. Client(s) acknowledges that they have personally inspected the Rental Items and they find them suitable for their
needs and in good condition, that they understand its proper use and agrees to inspect the Rental Items prior to use and notify
White Glove of any defects. The Client is responsible for counting and inspecting items upon delivery; otherwise amounts
delivered will be considered correct. If Client did not receive the contracted rental items or believe the items are not in the
appropriate condition, please notify White Glove within 15 hours after receiving the items to avoid being charged replacement
fees.
4. REPLACEMENT OF MALFUNCTIONING RENTAL ITEMS. If any Rental Item becomes unsafe or in disrepair through no fault of
the Client, Client agrees to discontinue use and notify White Glove; who will replace the Rental Item with similar Rental Item in
good working order, if available. White Glove is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages caused by delays or
otherwise.
5. LOCATION/SITE CONDITION. Client is responsible for making sure their site is ready (doors unlocked, areas cleared, etc)
before White Glove is scheduled to deliver. If the site is not ready or accessible when White Glove arrives or if the items cannot be
dropped directly on site, the Client will be charged an additional fee and items may not be delivered at White Glove's discretion.

6. ASSUMPTIONS. The Client assumes responsibility for all items rented from White Glove from the time of delivery to the time of
pick up. This includes boxes that transport the rental items and packaging materials. Replacement costs for loss or damaged
items (including boxes, crates, packing materials, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file. In the event of serious damage,
White Glove reserves the right to repair or replace the damaged item or items in its discretion at Client's sole expense. Items
being picked up, must be transported in an enclosed trailer unless otherwise permitted by White Glove's discretion. Initials: ____
7. CONDITION OF ITEMS AT TIME OF PICK UP FROM CLIENT LOCATION. The Client assumes responsibility for making sure tables
(if rented) must be free and clear of food, candle wax, liquids, debris, ink, mildew or any other unusual damage. Upholstered items
must be picked up in the same condition they were dropped off. Upon water damage, stains, burn holes, rips or damage to
upholstery, client will be charged a repair/cleaning fee. If items are not repairable, the item will be considered sold to the Client at
replacement cost value and the card on file will be charged for damages. At that time, replacement cost is calculated at an amount
equal to Five times the contracted rental fee for the item. All doors, windows, chalk boards will be free of any writing and/or
debris at time of pickup. Failure to do so will result in charges for extra time to clean items at $25.00 per hour. Client's credit card
on file will be charged for these fees. If items are found missing or damaged at picked/return, a detailed invoice of the charges will
be provided to you. The Client will be notified within 7 days if such charges occur. All rental items are to be returned and in the
boxes in which they were delivered. Failure to do so will result in charges for the extra time and materials used to repackage the
items at a rate of $25.00 per hour. Client agrees to pay replacement costs for any missing or damaged items. Failure to return
items in conditions stated above will result in legal action against the Client. The Client will be responsible for any collection costs
including: collecting agency fees, attorney fees, court costs, and any other costs incurred in collecting any charges due to White
Glove. Initials: ____
8. WARRANTIES. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. There is
no warranty that the Rental Items are suited for Client's intended use, or that it is free from defects.
9. HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT. The Client agrees to and shall indemnify and hold harmless and defend White Glove and its
employees from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, causes of action, suits of liability of every kind, including all
expenses of litigation, court costs and attorney's fees, for injury to or death of any person, or damage to any kind of property, or
for any breach of contract arising out of or in connection with this rental agreement and the purposes for which this rental
agreement was entered into, including but not limited to property damage, injuries and death due to the act, omission, mistake,
fault, or negligence of (1)White Glove and its employees (2) the Client, its agents and employees; and (3) any invitees, licensees, or
guests of the Client.
10. ASSIGNMENTS, SUBLEASES AND LOANS OF RENTAL ITEMS. White Glove may assign its rights under this contract without
Client's consent, but will remain bound by all obligations herein. Client may not sublease or loan the Rental Items without White
Glove's written permission. Any purported assignment by Client is void.
11. TIME OF RETURN. Client's right to possession terminates on expiration of Rental Period and retention of possession after this
time constitutes a material breach of this contract. Time is of the essence of this contract. Any extension must be mutually agreed
upon in writing. Rental Items returned late is subject to additional rental fees charged on a daily basis.
12. RETURN OF RENTAL ITEMS. At the termination of this agreement, Client shall return all of the Rental Items to White Glove's
premises during White Glove's regular business hours (Mon-Fri/9am-5pm), in the condition and repair as when delivered to
Client. Client shall be liable for all damages to or loss of the Rental Items occurring because it was not returned within White
Glove's regular business hours. If White Glove has agreed to deliver the Rental Items to Client or to pick up the Rental Items from
Client, Client shall be responsible for all losses or damage to the Rental Items from time of delivery to Client and until picked up
by White Glove.
13. DAMAGED OR LOST RENTAL ITEMS. Client agrees to pay for any damage to or loss of Rental Items, as an insurer, regardless of
cause except reasonable wear and tear, while Rental Items are out of the possession of White Glove. Accrued rental charges cannot
be applied against the purchase or cost of repair of damaged or lost Rental Items. Rental Items damaged beyond repair will be
paid for at its Replacement Cost when rented. At NO point shall White Glove's products be left uncovered - outside overnight or in
severe weather.
14. DAMAGE WAIVER. Client may elect to pay an optional DAMAGE WAIVER of (10%) of the rental costs. Damage Waiver must be
made at the executive of the Agreement. To opt out, client must do so in writing at time of execution. Important: Orders over $10k
in product and waiving Damage Waiver, MUST provide proof of Wedding and Event insurance covering the total value of product
rented. If elected, White Glove will waive its right to recover from Client all amounts in excess of the Damage Waiver for the costs
required to repair or replace provided the Client immediately notifies White Glove. IMPORTANT: Damage Waiver does not cover
for neglect, abuse, theft, disappearance and damage due to weather. An example of neglect; rental items were left out in the rain
or uncovered. Damage waiver is NOT REFUNDABLE. Damage Waiver is secondary to Client's own insurance and Client agrees to
exercise all rights under Client's insurance coverage and assign all claims and proceeds from insurance coverage to White Glove.
If damaged items are not returned, proof of damaged items must be established and such other evidence as White Glove may
reasonably require. If the client files a police report for damage or theft of the items, Client agrees to provide White Glove with the
report.
15. THEFT OF RENTAL ITEMS. Client agrees to pay for Rental Items(at its Replacement Cost when rented) for all types of theft or
mysterious disappearance. Damage Waiver does not cover theft.
16. COLLECTIONS COSTS. Client agrees to pay all reasonable collection, attorney's and court fees and other expenses involved in
the collection of the charges or enforcement of White Glove's rights under this contract.
17. REPOSSESSION. Upon a failure to pay rent or other breach of this contract, White Glove may terminate this contract and take
possession of and remove Rental Items from wherever it is; this contract being an expressed license to enter anyone's property to
the same extent as the Client. The White Glove and its agents shall not be liable for any claims for damage or trespass arising out of
the removal of the Rental Items.
18. DISCLAIMER OF MANUFACTURE. Client agrees that White Glove is neither the manufacturer of the Rental Items nor the agent
of the manufacturer.
19. LOADING AND UNLOADING EQUIPMENT. If White Glove's employees assist in loading or unloading the equipment, Client
agrees to assume the risk of, and hold White Glove harmless for, any property damage or personal injuries, including damage or
injuries attributable to the negligence of White Glove and its employees.
20. ACCIDENT NOTIFICATION. Client will immediately notify White Glove in the event of any accident.
21. UNPAID INVOICES. White Glove, at its own discretion, may revert all charges to a daily rate if monthly statements or invoices
are not paid on due dates. A $50 /per day minimum charge will be added daily for any late payments for the first 6 days. After 7
days past due, the daily rate is $100/per day. . Daily rate will continue to accrue until payment has been made. Initials: ______
22. OVERDUE ACCOUNTS. Accounts are due and payable at the termination of the Rental Period. A service charge may be assessed
on all overdue accounts.
23. NON-REFUNDABLE RETAINER. All retainers are non-refundable. Initials: _____
24. RETURNED CHECK FEE. Client will be required to pay a $35.00 fee on all returned checks. If a returned check is received back
from a Client, the amount of money due at the will be required in the form of a money order or certified bank check (include the
return check fee).
25. CREDIT CARD ON FILE. Client is required to have a valid credit card on file at the time Rental Agreement is signed by the
Client. The credit card on file will be charged in the event of loss or damage to the Rental Items listed on the Rental Agreement.
26.COUNTERPART CLAUSE. Parties to this contract are allowed to sign the contract on different copies. Under the counter parts
clause, all of these different signatures/copies are considered to be part of one unified contract.
27. APPLICABLE LAW. This Agreement shall be governed by Maryland Law. Both Parties agree that Maryland will have
Jurisdication.
28. OPPORTUNITY TO REVIEW. By executing this Agreement the parties warrant and represent they have had an opportunity to
review the Agreement, and after such review or opportunity to review have read and fully understood all terms and conditions
pertaining to this Rental Agreement.
29. WILL CALLS. If items are not returned in the alloted day & time frame and additional charge of $100/per day will be
immediately charged to the credit card on file. If items are not returned at the agreed upon time frame (ie, client is late on the
given day), a charge of $25/hr will be charged to the credit card on file with a max of $100/per day. Any changes to the day/time

30: FUEL CRISIS SURCHARGE NOTICE: EFFECTIVE 3/7/2022-In lieu of raising our delivery charges, we are implementing a fuel
surcharge on all new proposals. Client understands that 25% of the delivery fee will be added to the final bill. We will continue to
monitor our current world situation in hopes that this fuel crisis changes.
The novel coronavirus ("COVID-19"), has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization ("WHO").
COVID-19 IS EXTREMELY DANGEROUS AND CONTAGIOUS and is believed to spread mainly from person-to-person contact, but
may also be spread by coming into contact with equipment and other property that may have been contaminated. As a result,
federal, state, and local governments and federal and state health agencies have, in many locations, recommended or required
enhanced safety precautions ("Safety Precautions"), including without limitation, the wearing of masks, social distancing, and the
cleaning and disinfection of public areas, business establishments, facilities, improvements and various items of personal
property, which may include, without limitation, any one or more item(s) rented (the "Rented Item(s)") by or at the direction of
White Glove Rentals, LLC, d/b/a "White Glove Rentals" ("Lessor" or "WGR") to, for the benefit of, or as directed by the undersigned
Customer /Lessee.
WGR has implemented various measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19; however, WGR cannot guarantee that the undersigned
and/or any one or more of the undersigned's owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, family members,
successors and/or assigns (the"Lessee Parties") will not become infected with COVID-19 and/or any other infectious disease,
including without limitation, other known or unknown forms of coronavirus, cold, flu and/or any one or more of the many other
forms of infectious diseases or disease agents (collectively, "Pathogens") that may now or hereafter impact persons, businesses,
equipment, other personal property and/or society at large. Further, entering WGR's rental facility and/or physical contact with the
Rented Item(s) and/or related property (including without limitation, trailers, personal protective and safety equipment and other
related item(s)), could increase the risk of contracting COVID-19 and/or being exposed to other Pathogens.
THE RISKS: The undersigned hereby acknowledges the following risks (collectively, "Risks") and agrees as follows:
a. The danger of COVID-19 and other Pathogens to the undersigned and to the other Lessee Parties,
b. The contagious nature of COVID-19 and many other Pathogens and associated potential for infection(s);
c. That the undersigned and/or any one or more of the other Lessee Parties may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 and/or
one or more other
Pathogens as a result of a wide range of facts and/or circumstances, including without limitation, any one or more of the
following:
(i) Entering in or on any rental facility(ies) owned or operated by or for WGR, regardless of the duration of such entry;
(ii) Coming into close proximity (within 6 feet with respect to COVID-19) and/or direct physical contact of/with any person(s) who
may recently have been in or on, or may have come into close proximity to or in contact with, any facility(ies) owned or operated
by or for WGR;
(iii) Coming into close proximity, and/or direct physical contact of/with any equipment or other item(s) (including without
limitation, the Rented Item(s)) which is/are or was/were recently: (A) located in or on any of the above referenced facility(ies); (B)
physically in contact with, or in close proximity with, infected person(s); or (C) otherwise made available by or at the direction of
WGR; and/or
(iv) Failing to remain in full and timely compliance with all applicable Safety Precautions, laws, rules, regulations, instructions,
guidelines and/or warnings, including without limitation, those promulgated or made available by the WHO, the U.S. Occupational
Safety and Health
Administration ("OSHA"), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention ("CDC"), the Federal Coronavirus Task Force, any and all
other federal, state or local governmental, regulatory and/or administrative authority(ies), the applicable manufacturer(s) and/or
WGR (collectively with the information available on the websites identified in subsection f. below, "Pathogen Instructions and
Warnings");
d. That such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and/or death;
e. That any one or more of such Risks may result from the willful or negligent act(s), omission(s) of the undersigned and/or others,
including, but not limited to, one or more employees, contractors, agents, customers, guests and/or other invitees of WGR; and
f. The need to review and comply at all times with: (i) The President's Coronavirus Guidelines for America available at
https://www.whitehouse.gov/wp-content/uploads/2020/03/03.16.20_coronavirus-guidance_8.5x11_315PM.pdf; (ii) all other
instructions, recommendations, directives, guidelines and warnings available at coronavirus.gov; and (iii) all other Pathogen
Instructions and Warnings.
YOUR AGREEMENTS: Accordingly, to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the undersigned hereby agrees to:
1. remain, and ensure that all other Lessee Parties remain, in full compliance at all times with all Pathogen Instructions and
Warnings at all times;
2. and does hereby: (a) assume all of the Risks referenced in this Addendum, and (b) accept sole responsibility for any and all
personal and bodily injury(ies) (including, but not limited to, disability and death), illness, damage(s), claim(s), liability(ies),
loss(es) and expense(s), of every kind (including without limitation, attorneys' fees and costs), that WGR and/or any one or more of
the Lessee Parties may suffer, experience or incur (collectively, "Adverse Consequences") arising from or in connection with any:
(i) actual or alleged exposure to one or more Pathogens as a result of or in connection with any one or more of the aforesaid Risks;
and/or (ii) any one or more of the activities referenced in this Addendum, including without limitation, any rental, sale, use,
control and/or operation of any item(s) provided or made available by or through WGR (including without limitation, any one or
more of the Rented Item(s) or "Item(s)" referenced in the applicable Rental Contract(s));
3. and does hereby, forever, irrevocably and unconditionally release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and agree to indemnify,
defend and hold harmless WGR, each "TPO" (if any) identified in the applicable Rental Contract(s), each of their respective parents,
affiliates, partners, contractors, suppliers and subsidiaries, and each of their respective owners, shareholders, members, managers,
officers, directors, employees, agents, insurers, representatives, subrogees, successors and assigns (collectively, the "Releasees"),
for, from and against: (a) the above referenced Risks; (b) any and all of Adverse Consequences (and each of them); and (c) all
liabilities, claims, damages, actions, fines, fees,
penalties, losses, costs and expenses (including without limitation, attorneys' fees), as well as all associated incidental,
consequential, general, special, exemplary and punitive damages of any kind arising directly or indirectly, in whole or in part,
therefrom and/or in connection therewith.
The undersigned understands and agrees that this Addendum, and the above referenced terms: (a) supplement, and do not limit or
impair, any other protection(s) available to WGR under, any other agreement(s) between the undersigned and (including without
limitation, any one or more Rental Contract(s)); (b) shall apply regardless of whether any Risks, infection(s) and/or Adverse
Consequence(s) is/are suffered or incurred before, during, or after any of the above referenced activities, including without
limitation, any rental(s), sale(s) and/or leases of personal property; and (c) shall be deemed severable, such that, if any one or more
of the terms hereof shall be deemed invalid or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, such term(s) shall be
modified to the minimum extent necessary to render the same valid and enforceable, or if no such modification shall be possible,
deleted, and the remaining terms of this Addendum shall remain valid and enforceable as originally agreed.
