• Solid Content 60± 2%
• Viscosity by Gardner @25⁰C Q-T
• Viscosity by cp @25⁰C 450-550
• Type of solvent Styrene
• Acid Value mg KOH/gm < 35
• Color Gardner 3 max
• Gel time @25⁰C 25-40 min
• Cure time 45-50 min
• Peak exotherm temp. 180±10⁰C

CURE CHARACTERISTICS
are those obtained using 2gm MEKP 50% ‐ in 100 gm of resin at 25⁰C

Compatibility
•  UP 5604 GP should be diluted only with styrene monomer
• The compatibility with another resin should be checked prior to mixing production quantities

Orthophthalic based unsaturated polyester in Styrene monome

DELIVERY FORM DETAILS

It's available at 60% in styrene

Storage Conditions
This product should be stored in its sealed containers out of direct sunlight
at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C

SHELF Life
Under the above mentioned storage conditions the stability of this product will be 6 months
from the production date
