Coaching---

I share my knowledge on the topics with my fellow teammates which helps me to gain
more knowledge while explaining and clearing doubts.

Communication--
Communication is the way we express our ideas. I effectively communicate with all
levels of our organization and express my ideas in an organized manner. I keenly
listen when my teamamtes discuss the ideas about the task which help me to get
different perspectives of the task.

And I also able to get different perspectives of the problem.

I like to learn new technologies so I refer different platforms like iEvolve,


Udemy, FrescoPlay to enhance my skills.
I use newly learned skills and knowledge to improve my work and I also maintain my
skill levels by practising what I have learned.

Continual Learning--
I regularly look to streamline and improve my work process in new and innovative
ways by learning. I am committed to my professional growth and have taken training
courses specific to the skills from different platforms like Udemy, iEvolve,
FrescoPlay in which I recognized a need for improvement.

Initiative/Proactiveness--
I try to take action to meet task-related objectives without being explicitly asked
to do so whenever I can. I discuss with my teammates about new ideas and concepts
that are helpful for us and implement them to achieve the goals. I regularly seek
out opportunities to connect and learn from others in my field.

Innovation and Creativity --


I try to takeup challenges and overcome them with new innovative and creative
ideas. I try to solve a problem in different patterns and select the optimal
solution.

Interpersonal Effectiveness--
The way we communicate helps us to hold relationship with others. With good
communicaton skills I effectively interact with all the members in team and share
my ideas with them.

Organizational awareness---
I have good knowledge about organization and also try to know more about the
organization cultures, roles and functionalities and adapt accordingly

Planning and organizing---


Planning and organising helps to complete all the works on time. When I have couple
of works firstly I will note all the works and complete them according to priority
which helps me to complete all the tasks on time without fail.

Presentation skills--
I try to gather enough information about the topic or idea that I need to express
and present them using different tools which helps others to understand easily
without ambiguity.

Problem Solving--
While solving any problem I evaluate all the possible solutions and chooses the one
that will deliver the best results. Breaks a problem down before starting to
analyze in a detailed manner and approach all the problems with confidence and
choose the best optimal solution.

Taking ownership---
I always believe that my actions have their course of results and outcomes. I take
full on responsibility where i am bound to accept the success and also defects that
are to come on the decision's taken.

Teamskill--
Teamwork plays an important role in work environment. Everyone in team should work
equally and no one should have burden. I respect the ideas and opinions that the
other team members have to say. I ensure that I help others in the team if they are
stuck at any point by sharing my knowledge, so that we can achieve the goals
together.

Leadership---
Leadership is about influencing others to reach established goals. I always ensure
that all the team members work towards the goals without any deviations and makes
all employees feel that they are valued members of the team.

Analytical Ability--
I learn from my co peers, how to take decisions in critical situations and
improving my ability to deal with tough situations. After understanding all the
requirements properly, I make a discussion with the appropriate persons if there is
any understanding gap is there. Analyzing and discussing the solutions so that I
can analyze the impact of change and acting upon accordingly.

Values/Conduct--
Makes decisions with a focus on what is best for the team, not for the individual
achievement and shares information properly. I proactively seeks opportunities for
self development and continuous improvement. I always take responsibilities of my
actions and consequences.
