Job Title : Founder’s Office

Job Description :

We are on the lookout for an exceptional team player who shall primarily work in the Founder's

Office. You will play a critical role in driving the development and execution of the organization's

strategic initiatives to fuel growth and ensure long-term success.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee cross-functional projects, coordinating resources, timelines, and deliverables,

while ensuring project milestones and objectives are achieved within defined timelines

Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and visualizations to communicate findings and

recommendations to stakeholders

Identify, evaluate, and pursue potential business partnerships, alliances, mergers, acquisitions, or

investment opportunities that align with the organization's strategic objectives

Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies and initiatives

Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify opportunities and potential risks

Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement the organization's strategic

initiatives, and identifying growth opportunities

Develop and implement actionable strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth, expand

market share, and improve profitability, ensuring effective execution across departments.

Compensation

CTC 10-15 LPA (Fixed) + ESOPs
