Data Gathering Procedure

The researchers provided Letter of Request for the Appointment of their critic reader, adviser

and statistician, Letter of Request to Conduct Study and Letter of Request to the Respondent

that was approved and signed by the school head, critic reader, adviser and statistician prior to

conduct of the study. With the guidance of statistician and critic reader. The researchers had

dedicated significant time, effort, and collaboration to developing their questionnaire in order

to serve its intended respondents. The survey was developed using appropriate questions

adapted from related research and individual questions developed by the researchers.

After the Researchers Make a Questionnaires, The Researchers printed it into 240 pieces to

start the survey. After printing the questionnaires Researchers conducted the survey into grade

7 and grade 9 first then the next morning they conducted the survey into grade 8 and grade 10.

The study's value depends on the respondents' responses. The survey taker asked them to be

completely honest in their responses. The researchers collected the data by means of survey

questionnaires that comprises, their gender, name, year level and Grade section

After the respondents answer the questionnaires the researcher collected the answered papers

to count the satisfaction of the respondents. Then the Researchers tallied the data for

interpretation according to the frequency of items were checked by the respondents.
