A researcher-made questionnaire was used as the primary instrument for collecting the
information regarding the impact of sleep deprivation to the student’s academic performance.
These tools greatly help in gathering data that will supply the validity of this research attained by
the selected Humanities and Social Sciences students in Talisay City National High School. The

Data Gathering Procedure

This research was about the impact of sleep deprivation to the student’s academic performance
among the Humanities and Social Sciences students in Talisay City National High School. The
questionnaires were researcher-made and was consulted and approved by the research adviser.
After adopting a research instrument, the researchers will make an approval letter to survey the
students. The researchers will distribute the questionnaires to the respondents. After collecting
the survey forms, the researchers will organize, analyze, and interpret the gathered data.
