Gross Monthly Salary NPR. 30,000/-

Annual salary amounts to NPR 360,000(12*30000)

Retention Amount: NPR 5000/mo. (payable at the end of review cycle)

Probation period: 3 months from hire date **

Duties and Responsibilities:

Duties include, but are not limited to:

1. Test Planning and Execution:

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand feature requirements and design

test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

 Execute test cases manually and/or using automated testing tools to validate software
functionality, usability, and performance.

2. Defect Management:

 Identify, report, and track software defects using a bug tracking system.

 Work with the development team to resolve reported defects in a timely manner.

3. Test Automation:

 Participate in test automation efforts by contributing to the development and

maintenance of automated test scripts.

 Identify opportunities for test automation and implement automated testing solutions
where applicable.

4. Process Improvement:

 Collaborate with the QA team to improve test processes, methodologies, and

documentation standards.

 Share insights and suggestions for enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the
testing process.
