Actively participate in the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to

conducting interviews.
Facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
Employee Relations:

Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and

procedures.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Training and Development:

Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.

Support employee growth and career advancement.
Performance Management:

Implement performance management systems to drive employee productivity

and engagement.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Training and Development:
