University of Pune, completed in 2014. I am applying for the position of Payroll
Executive/Assistant Manager.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conducting new hire session every week to ensure all new hires are well versed with
internal Polices and payroll processes
• Conducting Payroll Helpdesk Quarterly basis.
• Coordinating with HR & Payroll vendors and handling escalations and queries of the
employees.

• Involved in performing Head Count validation (EMEA & APAC) on monthly


basis.

• Handling tax audits and payroll audits.

• Doing SOX auditing for EMEA, APAC, CALA countries on monthly basis. Accountable for
completing the required country specific SOX controls, self-assessment testing and
reporting.

• Creating leave reports for India, Australia & New Zealand.

update/ cancel the leaves, doing Year end activities every year.
