‘To create and develop the maximum profitable sales of Carestream products that may reasonably
be achieved in the assigned sales territory through regular and proactive coverage of all
professional contacts and sales outlets. To build and maintain good will with the hospitals and
other health centers so as to gain maximum understanding and acceptance of company products
and policies. Shall be the key point of contact between Sales/Carestream unit and Angelica Medical
Supplies Ltd and Target Market professionals, promoting product awareness, answering queries,
providing advice and introducing new products
= Identify new business for Care stream products and undertake relevant research for the same
+ Ensure that you meet both the company and customer’s targets.
+ Reviewing sales performance of the assigned territory
+ To obtain satisfactory sales volume in accordance with established budgeted goals.
Performance is satisfactory when:
+ Total sales volume obtained in the assigned territory reflects an overall annual increase
meeting or exceeding established goals and/or budget.
Operational
* Organizing appointments and meetings with the public and hospital-based healthcare staff
to demonstrate or present Care stream products
* Monitoring competitor activity and competitors’ products; by gathering current
marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules,
merchandising techniques.
+ Service existing accounts, obtains orders, and establish new accounts by planning and
organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets.
+ Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade aspect.
+ Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literatureMaintaining detailed records of relevant market information
Aitending and organizing trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings in Radiology field
Managing budgets for planned activities and reviewing sales performance
Providing monthly reports and other documents for evaluation and assessment
Regularly updating relevant medical professionals on latest equipment design and software
improvements
Performance is satisfactory when:
‘The number of customer calls made daily, weekly, and per cycle as well as call frequency is
at or above previously agreed-upon call average.
Works from a pre-planned routing schedule and organizes dail
time and travel.
Ensure up-to-date records are maintained on all customers, including but not limited to
profession, best time to see, hospital affiliation, interests, degree of influence, products used,
‘community and professional prestige and affiliations, response to previous visits, and other
inerary to avoid waste of
pertinent information.
Target customers in the territory are regularly evaluated according to their potential for
company products and reclassified when needed; new customers are evaluated and allocated
as replacements; and customers of limited value are removed from active promotion.
‘Customer focus
Maintain and build customer relationships on an ongoing basis with key stakeholders in
order to further grow sales and product awareness.
Maintain and build internal relationships in order to ensure a strong network and support
structure to facilitate the unit’s initiatives.
Respond to specific customer requirements such as presentations, workshops, product
"updates, and training to ensure customers are updated on products and latest developments.
Provide customer service levels within the framework of “Going the Extra Mile”, but not to
the detriment of Carestream and Angelica medical supplies values
Maintain and present a professional image of the company and the business unit within the
‘market place (grooming, punctuality, customer communication, customer contact).Diploma in Medical Engineering or a related field.
