BUG HUNT PART 1

Welcome to Bug Hunt Part 1, a solo player game of USE ME 15mm Sci-Fi. In this small game, a lone Flesharon Drone,
which is dying due to being separated from its hive mind, seeks to locate a suitable host in which to incubate its egg before it
dies, whilst avoiding discovery by watchful humans ...

Set-Up: The Flesharon Drone enters the map on turn 1 via entry points A or B. The human forces are set up as follows: 3
Guards in Guard Room A, 3 Guards in Guard Room B.

Special Rules:
1). TERRAIN: All rooms and corridors count as normal terrain. The black dotted lines are air conditioning ducts that
the Flesharon Drone can move through normally. All doorways have doors in them, but all the doors open and close
automatically. Only the human guards can lock the doors.
2). The Flesharon Drone is part of a Hive Mind race, but is separated from its Queen, so only gets 1 action per turn.
3). Every turn, AFTER the Drone has moved, roll 1d6 for both guard rooms (A+B): on a roll of 1-4 nothing happens,
but on a roll of 5+ a single guard leaves the room and commences a patrol – roll another 1d6: on an odd roll the guard
patrols anti-clockwise, and on an even roll, clockwise. The maximum number of guards on patrol at any time is all 6.
Each guard will use 1 action per turn to move in the rolled direction every turn, moving in a circle along the corridors
until they return to the guard room of their origin. Remember Elan (!!) … the guards will move first …
4). If a guard gets LOS to the Flesharon Drone at any time, the Guard will raise the alarm immediately. However, the
guards cannot detect the Drone whilst it is within the air conditioning ducts.
5). Whenever the Flesharon Drone enters any of the rooms 1-8 (but NOT the guard rooms), roll 1d6: on a roll of 6 the
Drone has located a suitable host for its egg (a sleeping technician etc) and the game ends immediately. Once a room
has been searched by the Drone it cannot be searched again for 2 turns, and no room can be searched more than twice.
6). Guards: Infantry, Elan 5, Move 4”, weapon is a Side Arm (not that this really matters … ).
7). Flesharon Drone: Infantry (Drone), Elan 4, Move 4”, weapon is mandibles (not that this matters either … ).

Victory: The Flesharon Drone can only win by finding a suitable host before the end of turn 15. If the Drone has not located
a suitable host by that time it finally dies. Should the Drone be spotted by the Guards at any time, it also loses …
