Full Job Description

This is an entry-level IT position. The starting salary for this position is 80K-100K depending on
experience. Daily work includes managing a help desk ticket system, troubleshooting general
hardware/software issues, managing user accounts, emails, and phone systems. You’ll assist in
troubling shooting network issues, inventory management, and access control systems.

Eligible candidates are required to have the following qualifications.

Expectations

Extensive knowledge and experience in PHP development

Broad understanding of SOAP and RESTful API integrations
Experience with EDI and motor carrier load tendering
Understanding of relational databases and experience with any RDBMs
Website Development
Be prompt and ready to work each day
Must be able to follow detailed instructions
Must be prompt, reliable, and willing to learn
Maintain a clean work environment
Be a self-starter

Desired skill-sets

Hardware/software troubleshooting for 500+ users

Knowledge of software and tools used to perform maintenance on PCs
Install software on new computers
Repair computers as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
