ELEMENTS IN THE STRUCTURE OF THE MEASUREMENT SYSTEM

1. Sensor(s): These are the components that detect and quantify physical quantities crucial to
the functioning of the cordless hoover cleaner. For example, pressure sensors (measured in
Pascals, Pa) can determine air pressure, whereas airflow sensors (measured in cubic metres
per second, m3/s) may determine airflow rate. Physical values are converted into electrical
signals that can be processed by the sensors.

2. Signal Processing and Analysis: This component is in charge of receiving and processing
electrical signals from sensors. Amplification, filtering, analog-to-digital conversion
(measured in volts, V), and other signal conditioning methods may be included. The
processed signals are evaluated to derive useful information about the operation of the hoover
cleaner.

3. Data Acquisition and Processing: This component includes the circuitry or devices that are
in charge of obtaining and processing the digital signals acquired from the sensors. A
microcontroller or programmable logic controller (PLC) may be used to execute
computations and control algorithms depending on the obtained data.

4. Control System: This component consists of a microcontroller or programmable logic

controller (PLC) that accepts processed data and creates control signals. Based on the
detected quantities, it conducts the necessary calculations and executes control algorithms to
manage the operation of the cordless vacuum cleaner.

5. Communication Interface: This component allows communication to take place between

the measuring system and external devices or interfaces. It may incorporate a wireless
module (through protocols such as Wireless Module) that enables remote control or
monitoring of the vacuum cleaner.

4. Actuators: These components process physical operations after receiving control signals
from the measuring system. The primary actuator in the case of a cordless vacuum cleaner is
the motor (measured in Watts, W), which drives the vacuum cleaner's suction. Valves may be
used to control airflow in specific sections of the device, or other mechanisms for controlling
various functions.

5. User Interface: This component allows the user to interface with the cordless vacuum
cleaner. It has components like buttons, displays, and indicators. The user interface allows the
user to adjust the settings of the hoover cleaner and receive feedback on its state and
performance.
