    Dear Sir/Madam:

    This letter is to request for manual filing using e-B1R forms and over-the-counter bank payment
    for the filing and payment of our VALUE-ADDED TAX RETURN for the I g Quarter of the Calendar
    Year 2021 (January, February and March); this is due to the fact that we were locked out of our eFPS
    access and we are re-applying for ou r access using another Bank Account — signatories of our
    Corporation are outside the Philippines and specific requirements from the bank involves original
    signatures that are required to be passed thru proper channels, i.e. The Philippine Consulate. Along with
    the Covidl9 Pandemic situation, 1 am afraid if we would wait for such documents and processing — we
    would be filing our VAT return late, being faithful to our commitment in filing our VAT return; we
    humbly ask for your consideration to let us file our I I Quarter 2021 VAT return using manual e-BIR
    Forms and over-the-counter payment.
