INGREDIENTS FOR CARROT JUICE: ( 20 heads)

Carrots - 15 kilos
Pineapple - 4 kilos
Spinach - 2 kilos
stalks of kale - 1 kilo
cucumber - 3 kilos
Lemon = 20 pcs
Onion = ½ kilo
garlic clove - ½ kilo
orange - 20 pcs
ground turmeric - ¼ kilo
black pepper (powder) - 1 pack
passion fruits - 2 kilos
sweet potato - 2 kilos
ginger root - ¼ kilo
celery - ½ kilo
tomatoes - 2 kilos
apples ( bigger size) - 20 pcs
white sugar - 4 kilos

Additional ingredients for Carrot jam :

White sugar - 5 kilos


kalamansi - ½ kilo
Powdered fruit pectin - 1 pack
Ground cinnamon - 1 pack
Tools and materials needed:

Juicer or food processor

Glasses for juices (at least 5 presentable glasses for each participant)

Glass container for carrot jam
