WHEREAS the parties of the first part are the legal heirs of Late
Ram Mohan Punja and Late Aruna R. M. Punja. That the mother of
the parties of first part have conveyed property bearing site No.36
(Corner), Khatha No.1349, Carved out of Sy.No.24, Converted vide
Order No.BDS:ALN: Sub-Registrar (S)14/1996-97, dated 10.10.1996,
situated at Mylasandra Village, Kengeri Hobli, Bangalore South Taluk,
measuring east to west 60 feet and north to south 40 feet, now fallen
within the administrative jurisdiction of Kengeri Range, Bruhath
Bangalore Mahanagara Palike, and assigned with new Municipal
No.36/1349/1404 vide PID No.198-W0659-7, which is more fully and
particularly described in the schedule hereunder and hereinafter
referred to as “Schedule Property” in favour of the second party under
a Sale Deed dated 07.08.2003, which is registered as Document
No.11682/03-04, Book-I, stored in CD No.135, in the office of the Sub-
Registrar, Kengeri, Bangalore.
SCHEDULE PROPERTY
All that part and parcel of the residential vacant site bearing No.36
(Corner), Khatha No.1349, Carved out of Sy.No.24, Converted vide
Order No.BDS:ALN:Sub-Registrar (S)14/1996-97, dated 10.10.1996,
situated at Mylasandra Village, Kengeri Hobli, Bangalore South Taluk,
measuring east to west 60 feet and north to south 40 feet, in all
measuring 2400 sq.ft., now fallen within the administrative jurisdiction
of Kengeri Range, Bruhath Bangalore Mahanagara Palike, and assigned
with new Municipal No.36/1349/1404 vide PID No.198-W0659-7, and
bounded on the:
East by : Road,
West by : Site No.37,
North by : Site No.35,
South by : Road.
