IGK MIGRATION SERVICES

This Student Agreement is made on the__________

day of ___________________________________by
FIRST PARTY and between:

IGK MIGRATION SERVICES, a consulting agency

duly licensed to conduct student advice within the
Philippines to study Abroad with principal office
address at Simeon St., Barangay Dawis Norte,
Carmen Cebu 6005 Philippines, herein represented
by George S. Bontia , its Managing Director,
referred to as the “ IGK MIGRATION SERVICES ,”

WITNESSETH

Both parties can enter into this Agreement and thus

agree to the following terms and conditions:

PENALTY POLICY 2. Penalty for late payment of installment fee

a) IGK Migration will charge 2% for any late payments
failed to pay within the prescribe

4. Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY a) That in the event that the application is denied

no refund of the commitment fee
due to medical disqualification or any form of refusal
or should change be made in the Government policy
at any time after signing of this agreement and the
filing of the application to the Embassy and should
such changes lead to the disqualification or the
student abandon their desire to avail the services of
IGK Migration at any time after the signing of this
agreement with any deposited amount for any other
reason, there will be no refund. This provision will
apply also if the student is availing of the investment
lock-in features in sec 5.b

b) That in the event you can invite at least three (5)

qualified person to process with IGK Migration and
paid in full of the current commitment fee upon their
application and within two (2) years from the start of
signing this agreement, IGK Migration will refund
your commitment fee in full. The student who is in
the eight (5) year lock-in period can not avail of this
feature as stated in sec 5.b.

5. All documents shall be scanned appropriately in

colored and labeled to hasten the application
process.

6. Shall pay all corresponding fees for the

processing of school admission & visa application
