INDIVIDUAL
- Report 5 near misses/stop card application per month (60 in 2023)
- Conduct 1 safe to load or safe to offload checks per month (12 in 2023)
- Participate in 1 toolbox meeting per month (12 in 2023)
- Ensure strict adherence to COVID-19 protocols
- Comply with LV policy and ensure zero violation of all OBC parameters
- Maintain vehicle in good appearance by regular cleaning and washing
Participate in all HSE activities such as: World Malaria Day, WDfS, WED, SSD, GR
Campaigns, Road Safet Campaigns, Safety Trainings and others

QUALITY
- Conduct pump verification at all TEMG PLC stations (Thrice per annum),

Consumer Sites (Twice per annum) and Mining Depots (Once per annum) using
the 10 Litre Can in your area of operation.
- Conduct Quality analysis on all White Products in the same manner as above
(per visit & tank) using eralytics and submit report for same
- Conduct manual Quality Test on all products using the thermodensimeter in the
event of the unavailability of eralytics.
- Complete the procedure for the management of the quality van

COMPLIANCE
- Conduct compliance assessment of every station (Thrice per annum) and TEMG
installations at consumer sites (Twice per annum) to ensure compliance with
regulatory, statutory and Group requirements.

Work with Compliance Officer to ensure the gaps are closed to avoid sanctions
and fines This includes certificates/permits from NPA, EPA, Insurance, Fire, tanks
and equipment calibrations, Tank testing & cleaning, BOP, Factories Inspectorate
& GSA.

- Promote Quality and Safety standards at all outlets by ensuring compliance with
& availability of TEMG PLC station procedure manuals, Quality Policy, Quality
Objectives, HSEQ Charter, HSE Objectives and other industry and company
requirements.

Visit 1 Consumer LPG installations in every quarter to conduct inspections and risk
analysis, develop action plan for follow up and submit same.

Conduct on spot training for Attendants at stations and Consumer sites staff when
required. Attendance sheets to be submitted to the head office.

- Quickly Report all anomalies that require very urgent attention before submitting
weekly/trip report.
- Assist in conducting safety audits and other assignments such as ISO, SMT, ICT
and ICC audits within the department.
OTHER
zero fatality program: Conduct 1 LSC, 1 JST, 1 SGL per month at a high risk worksite
every month
- IZI Tool: Use the tool check the compliance level of Contractors and their staff at
least once per month
- Develop an alert for issues/incidents relating to your domain
Keep working equipment and tools in good working conditions by ensuring their
regular maintenance.
- Maintain vehicle in good appearance by regular cleaning and washing.
