Documents for BPJPH Registration:

1. Application Letter;
2. Registration Form;
3. Copy of Business License;
4. Copy of Halal supervisor determination letter;
5. Name and type of product;
6. List of products and materials;
7. Products manufacturing process;
8. Halal Assurance System Document.
 Cerol Registration
There is new option of
“Application Type” in Halal
Registration menu:
1. Regular Registration: For
non-UAE product halal
certification registration
2. HAS Registration: To
register the acceleration
of HAS status
3. UAE Registration: To
register Halal certification
of product marketed to
UAE

The other process step are the same with the existing process on
Cerol

How to Register The Conversion of

Halal Decree
1. Obtaining STTD by applying to BPJPH If the product will be marketed in
Indonesia
2. Register to Cerol (to choose Registration menu)

Process : To process the registration conversion

3. Click certificate conversion menu

4. To Click Process 5. To Click Agree and Submit for Certification Agreement
5. LPPOM MUI upload the contract fee 7. LPPOM MUI process the conversion of the
validity period of the halal decree

8. Click Download certificate

to download the converted
halal decree

6. Payment of conversion fee:
