communication. During the entire testing process, users only need to operate
on the handheld terminal, ensuring the personal safety of operators to the
greatest extent possible.
(7) Lithium battery power supply, the handheld terminal, low voltage end of
the testing host, and high voltage end of the testing host are all powered by
lithium batteries, which can work continuously for more than 8 hours when
fully charged.
(8) U disk storage, the data stored on this computer can be saved to a USB
drive through a USB interface.
2.Working principle
Under the action of AC voltage, the dielectric consumes a portion of electrical
energy, which will be converted into thermal energy and cause losses. This
energy loss is called dielectric loss. When AC voltage is applied to the dielectric,
there is a phase difference between the voltage and current in the dielectric ψ,
ψ Cosine of δ It is called the dielectric loss angle, δ Tangent tg of δ It is called
the tangent of the dielectric loss angle. Tg δ Value is a parameter used to
measure dielectric loss. The instrument measurement circuit includes a standard
circuit (Cn) and a test circuit (Cx), as shown in Figure 2-1. The standard circuit
consists of a built-in high stability standard capacitor and a measurement circuit,
and the test circuit is composed of the test object and the measurement circuit.
The measurement line consists of a sampling resistor, a preamplifier, and an
A/D converter. The amplitude and phase difference of the standard circuit
current and the test circuit current are measured separately through the
measurement circuit. Then, the digital signal processor uses digital real-time
acquisition methods to obtain the capacitance value and dielectric loss tangent
value of the test object through vector operation.

4.1. LCD touch screen
Function: A large 7-inch 800 * 400 color LCD display paired with a high-
precision industrial grade capacitive touch screen, displaying each step of the
operation process in Chinese. Users only need to lightly touch the
corresponding area to automatically complete the entire measurement process.
Attention: The touch LCD display screen is a precision accessory that should be
avoided from prolonged sunlight exposure, heavy object squeezing, and sharp
tool scratches.
Function: Short press to turn on and turn on the red light, long press for 3
seconds to turn off, stay on the main interface for 5 minutes without operation,
and the instrument will automatically turn off.
Attention: It is necessary to use a 2.4G antenna. Before turning on, please check
if the antenna is properly inserted and tightened.
Function: The USB flash drive insertion port automatically imports all
measurement data stored inside the instrument into the USB flash drive and
generates a TXT file with a time name. The file can be opened directly on the
computer for reading.
Attention: When the USB drive is inserted into the instrument USB interface
and data transmission begins, it is strictly prohibited to unplug the USB drive
10
midway, otherwise it may cause data transmission errors and in severe cases,
damage to the USB drive.
Function: The charging voltage of the charger is 12.6V, the maximum charging
current is 3000mA, the charging light is red, and the fully charged light is green.
Attention: The original charger must be used, and the charging interface must
not be short circuited.
Attention: After the first use or long-term storage, or when the battery level is
low, please use the matching charger to charge the battery for at least 3 hours.
Function: Turn on the power switch of the high-voltage box, and the indicator
light will continuously flash.
11
Attention: If the indicator light of the high-voltage box power switch does not
flash when turned on, it may be that the battery is out of charge and needs to be
charged.
Function: Test the high-voltage terminal and measure the high-voltage shielding
electrode of the tested object using the reverse connection method.
Note: The built-in lithium battery level of the high-voltage box can be viewed
on the main interface of the handheld terminal. Please turn off the power switch
in a timely manner when not in use to avoid battery loss. Charging must use the
original factory's built-in charger, with a charging voltage of 12.6V and a
current of 3000mA or less. Short circuits are strictly prohibited in the charging
socket.
12
Attention: Please turn off the battery promptly when not in use to avoid battery
loss.
Function: Turn on the low-voltage box power switch and the indicator light will
remain on.
Attention: If the indicator light of the high-voltage box power switch is not on,
it may be that the battery is out of charge and needs to be charged.
Function: Low voltage box with built-in lithium battery charging socket.
Note: The battery level can be viewed on the main interface of the handheld
terminal. Charging must use the original factory's built-in charger, with a
charging voltage of 12.6V and a current of 3000mA or less. Short circuits are
strictly prohibited in the charging socket.
Attention: It is necessary to use a 2.4G antenna. Before turning on, please check
if the antenna is properly inserted and tightened.
Function: When measuring with the direct connection method, the measurement
input socket of the test object is used.
Function: Test the grounding terminal of the host, and measure the low-voltage
shielding electrode of the tested object using the positive connection method.
Attention: Please maintain good grounding and pay attention to safety during
testing.

5.2 Test Interface
Firstly, connect the external connection of the instrument to the test object
according to the corresponding wiring prompts, and then click on the
"Positive Connection Method" or "Reverse Connection Method" option on
the main interface to enter the next level of testing menu (as shown in
Figure 5-2). The first table is the status display area. As long as the
instrument is turned on
normally, it continuously
detects external high-
voltage voltage, test
current, and external
high-voltage frequency
in real-time. During the
testing process, the data
in the status display area
stops updating and
continues to be displayed
in the result display area.
The second table is the
result display area.
Clicking the "Start"
button in the lower right
corner will automatically
perform a test and
display the results in a
table. Automatically save
the result data after the
test is completed. The
duration of a single test
is approximately 45
seconds.

Tgx: The dielectric loss value of the test object at the current frequency,
represented by the% sign.

object to 50Hz, represented by the% sign.
PF: The power factor of the test object at the current frequency.

Attention:
18
3. When there is high voltage, personnel are strictly prohibited from
touching the testing host.
4. After the test is completed, ensure that the high voltage has been
disconnected and use a discharge rod or grounding wire to touch the high
voltage box to verify that there is no high voltage before allowing the test
wire to be removed.
