PART I: WEATHER OUTLOOK ACROSS THE COUNTRY

Rainfall expected over the Highlands West and East of the Rift Valley.
Strong southeasterly and southerly winds of over 25 knots (12.5 m/s) expected over the Northwestern
parts and Eastern half of the Country.

CENTRAL, NAIROBI AND PARTS OF EASTERN REGIONS

(These counties include: NYERI, MURANGA, KIRINYAGA, EMBU, MERU, KIAMBU, THARAKA NITHI,
LAIKIPIA, NYANDARUA and NAIROBI).
Showers and thunderstorms over few places expected tonight. Cloudy conditions with rains over few places
expected in the morning breaking into sunny intervals. Showers expected over few places in the afternoon
especially around High ground areas.

WESTERN, NYANZA, CENTRAL AND SOUTH RIFT VALLEY REGIONS

These counties include: KAKAMEGA, VIHIGA, BUSIA, BUNGOMA, KISUMU, KISII, NYAMIRA, MIGORI,
SIAYA, HOMABAY, KERICHO, NANDI, BOMET, NAKURU, ELGEYO MARAKWET, WEST POKOT,
BARINGO, UASIN GISHU, TRANS-NZOIA and NAROK).
Showers and thunderstorms expected over few places tonight. Rains expected over several places in the
morning breaking into sunny intervals. Showers and thunderstorms expected over several places in the
afternoon.

NORTH WESTERN/LAKE TURKANA REGION

(These counties include: TURKANA and SAMBURU).
Showers and thunderstorms expected over few places tonight. Rains expected over few places in the
morning. Showers and thunderstorms expected over few places in the afternoon.
Strong southeasterly winds of over 25 knots (12.5 m/s) expected in Turkana County.

NORTH EASTERN REGION

(These counties include: MARSABIT, GARISSA, MANDERA, WAJIR and ISIOLO).
Partly cloudy conditions expected tonight. Sunny intervals expected to prevail the entire day tomorrow.
Strong southerly winds of over 25 knots (12.5 m/s) expected in the region.

SOUTH EASTERN LOWLANDS REGION

(These counties include: MACHAKOS, MAKUENI, KITUI, TAITA TAVETA, and KAJIADO).
Partly cloudy conditions expected tonight. Sunny intervals expected to prevail the entire day tomorrow. Strong
southerly winds of over 25 knots (12.5 m/s) expected over the region.

COASTAL REGION
(These counties include: KWALE, MOMBASA, KILIFI, LAMU and TANA RIVER).
Partly cloudy conditions expected tonight. Sunny intervals expected to prevail the entire day tomorrow with a
chance of showers over few places in the morning especially in S. Coast.
