Golden greetings!

It can be recalled that an endorsement was made by our office dated March 15, 2018,
regarding the proposed compromised agreement by PBGEA dated February 26, 2018, with
civil case no. 1007 for Injunction. However, until now our office has not received any
decision or resolution regarding the said proposal and another hearing is scheduled on
September 13, 2022.

With this, our office humbly asks, for any updates or plans regarding the said proposal so that
we may inform the court, as well as the opposing party. As of now the courts are only waiting
for the response on the proposed compromised agreement, and to give clarity on the said
case, considering the same has already ran for more than 12 years and counting, we hope that
a decision and resolution from your end can be made so that we can proceed to the next stage
of the case and finally resolve the same.
