General Rules:

1. Each team must have minimum of 8 and maximum of 12 players to qualify – representing 12 teams
2. Proper uniforms are mandatory for all teams (at least tops only) and no player will be allowed to play
without shoes.
3. All registration fees are not refundable for whatever reason there may be.
4. All team captains/managers must attend the basketball clinic at Ridgeview 1 Multi-Purpose Covered
Court on
5. Games start promptly as announced and ten (10) minutes late will result to forfeit (default).
6. For Mediate and Junior Division Single Round will be applied. For Senior Division Two Brackets (A and B)
will be applied.
7. Each player must play for 1 team only.
8. All Players must attend the Parade and Opening Ceremony. Players who will fail to Attend will not be
Eligible to play The First game of The Team.
9. Any player or coach under the influence of alcohol shall not be allowed to participate in the games.
10. Referees’ decision is final and irrevocable. Persistent arguing or complaining to the referee/s shall result
to temporary dismissal from the current game for 3 minutes.

Tournament Rules:
1. Standard FIBA Rules will be followed unless otherwise stated
2. For Mediate and Junior Division All games will Consist of Four 8 minute Quarters, Running Clock. For
Seniour Divison all games will consist of Four 10 minute Quarters.
2.1 The clock will stop when:
▪ Free throws are administered
▪ Timeouts are granted
▪ There is an unusual delay, and the referee signals to stop the clock
3. There will be a 1-minute break between the 1st two quarters and the last two quarters.
4. There will be a 3-minute break at half time.
5. Each team is allowed one (1) 30-second time-out from quarters 1 to 3 and two (2) 30-second time-outs
during the last quarter. Carry-overs will not be allowed.
6. The shot clock will be run according to FIBA standards for all games.
7. If scores are tied at the end of regulation play Mediate and Junior will have a four (4) minute extension
period shall start immediately with a jump ball. And for Senior Divison they will have five (5) minute
extension period shall start Immediately with a jump ball.
▪ A running clock will be used for the first two (2) minutes and a stop clock for the last (2) minutes of
each overtime period.
▪ The 24-second shot clock will still be used.
▪ One (1) time-out of thirty (30) seconds will be allowed per team for each overtime period.
▪ Personal and team fouls will carry over from the 4th quarter (into overtime).
▪ In the case of another tie four (4) minute overtime periods will continue.
8. Warm-ups will be allowed for five (5) minutes. Teams should be ready at courtside before the previous
game is over.
9. All players are required to wear their official jersey uniforms during the games–no player shall be allowed
to play without proper team uniform (at least tops).
10. For the Quarter Finals (After Elimination Period)
▪For Mediate and Junior Divison Rank 1,2,3,4 will move into the Quarter Finals 1v4 2v3. If incase 1
and 2 will have no losses Both of them will be twice to beat, But if not Knockout Game will be
applied.
▪For Senior Division Rank 1 and 2 of Bracket A and B will move on to the Quarter Finals Rank 1 of
Bracket A vs Rank 2 of Bracket B, Then Rank 1 of Bracket B vs Rank 2 of Bracket A.
11. For The Championship Game, All games will be Knockout Game (Battle for 3rd Placer and Championship)
12. All the above rules are applicable whether or not the total number of targeted teams is met. Rules
stated herein are final and can be modified only by the organizers as they see fit and for the mutual benefits
of all parties.
