During investigation we met insured’s son Mr. Paramvir Singh and
procured a written statement from his and also made enquiry with his
about accident of insured vehicle.

Insured’s son stated that he is the resident of #576 Phase 3B1, Mohali.
He is a student and his vehicle no. PB65AF0078 model 2020 is registered
on his mother Mrs. Bhupinder Kaur’s name. This vehicle is financed by
HDFC Bank.
Brief Remarks of the accident
On 02/06/2023, at about 5 PM he was dropping his friend named Anmol
at his residence Sec 46 Chandigarh. He was driving the car and on the
way, there was a blind turn. While turning his car, unconsciously he
stepped on the accelerator and the car got uncontrollable. Due to this
mistake, few cars which were parked on the road side got hit and after
that it hit the Pillar. No one got injured during this accident. This
accident was reported at Sector 34 Chandigarh Police Station. The police
got involved and they signed the respective DDR and mutual agreement
was done with both parties. The car is at agency in the same condition at
KIA Auto Industrial Area, Phase 1, Chandigarh.

parked outside his house and suddenly a KIA car came and hit his

Remarks
We found insured’s Son Mr. Paramvir Singh possess a valid DL to
drive the insured vehicle. We also checked his DL status in
online RTO site and found it is valid to drive insured vehicle.

During our investigation we also checked the GPS timeline of IV

User’s handset and found it showed same travel history as brief by
him and also at the time of accident it showed his presence at
Sector 46 Chandigarh.

Observation / Findings During investigation
As per our investigation & enquiry we found that IV bearing Reg. no. PB65AF0078 met an accident on
02.06.2023 at Sector 46 Chandigarh.

Accident occurred on the way, there was a blind turn. While turning his car, unconsciously he stepped on the
accelerator and the car got uncontrollable. Due to this mistake, few cars which were parked on the road side got
hit and after that it hit the Pillar.

We found insured’s son Mr. Paramvir Singh possess a valid DL to drive the insured vehicle. We also checked his
DL status in online RTO site and found it is valid to drive insured vehicle.

Considering our investigation and enquiries we found that the accident of insured vehicle is Genuine.

We found insured’s son Mr. Paramvir Singh possess a valid DL to drive the insured vehicle.

During our investigation we also checked the GPS timeline of IV User’s handset and found it showed same travel
history as brief by him and also at the time of accident it showed his presence at Sector 46, Chandigarh.

According to the insured’s son, DDR is registered in P.S. Sector 34 Chandigarh.

The claim hence be dealt as per terms and conditions of policy issued by you and DL extract.
