Embody the Alpha (7) Course

Who is this Archetype?

The Alpha has an innate impulse to lead. This archetype is symbolized as the power behind the throne. In him, we find the true
gift of guidance which is about lovingly empowering from behind the scenes. He stands for the way forward, the direction
towards the future. True leadership, like true education, does not impose itself on anyone.

The Alpha embodies the very essence of leadership, and this can be expressed in different ways. He leads either by bringing a
new rhythm to society or by destroying an old one. The Alpha respects the more feminine wisdom of his partner, the Confidant
(13). Through her, the past experience is used to move forward with more precision and confidence.

The Alpha also has a close relationship with the President (31). Together they embody a logic and visionary leadership that aims
to bring an improved future for humanity. These two archetypes are the democratic leaders who take on this responsibility
because the collective has elected them to show the way forward. Transparency, devotion, and virtue are hallmarks of their
leadership.

The Alpha has the gift of sensing where something needs to go in order to attain a goal. With authority, he directs everyone
toward a common understanding and purpose. The Alpha is disciplined and shoulders responsibility for how things are
organized. Much like the Maestro (50) and the Gridworker (44), he embodies a powerful magnetic presence and has the ability
to organize any group for synergy and synarchy.

This type of leadership promotes harmony by guiding the energy of the group itself from a place of deep truth. As a great guide
and listener, he hears all that is said and unsaid. This is the true meaning of guidance—trusting in the life process, rather than
forcing matters by taking control.

The Alpha doesn’t proclaim the direction, he demonstrates it through every virtuous action. This way, he helps others find their
own paths forward in life, rather than usurping their individual power. Just from being in his aura, people can come to deep
clarity about their own direction. Like in the wolf pack, it is by being the example that this archetype embodies the position of the
alpha male.

WOW! This is my first experience of the “64 Doors”, and you’ve taken my breath away – sharing tremendous
value and deeply intentional information!

One of the quotes shared here, on Gene Key 7, both surprised and delighted me;
many years ago (before undertaking any consciousness practices) I had an employer acknowledge my capacity
for remarkable listening; and how it supported our clients, internal organization, created possibilities, etc;
I replied that it wasn’t only that I heard what was said, but I heard what was ‘unsaid’, too. Very cool to read this in
your thorough description!
