Please use the letter on the next page as a template to guide you in writing up your
PESP expression of interest letter.
Fill in all the information requested in highlighted text – remember to remove the
highlighting once you’ve completed the letter. Also remove this page (page 1
with introductory instructions).
If you have a letterhead, please submit your letter on that. If not, be sure to provide
your name and contact details as shown and highlighted at the top right corner of the
template.

everything required for your expression of interest to be considered:
• Expression of interest letter which follows the format of this template and
provides all the requested information:
o Project overview with clear strategy on how the PESP funding will be
utilised
• Budget breakdown for the project, preferably in Excel format (outlining projected
expenses and income sources).
