We, Mr. Gopal Datt Bhatt (Father) and Mrs. Shanta Bhatt (Mother), permanent residents of
Bedkot Municipality, Ward no. 7, Suda, Kanchanpur, Nepal do solemnly and sincerely
declare as follows:

a. That our nationality/ citizenship is Nepali and we have been residents of Nepal since
birth.

b. That I, Mr. Gopal Datt Bhatt, receive an annual income of NPR. 1065000.00 from job
as permanent employee (equivalent to Gazetted officer ) at National Sport Council . I
have also receive annual income of NPR 4165920.00 from vehicle (No: Ba. 5 Kha
6798) .

c. That I, Mrs. Shanta Bhatt, am currently working at Rutela Agricultural Cooperative

with an annual income of NPR. 444000.00. I have enclosed all the relevant documents
herewith.

That we are sponsoring our daughter, Miss. Simran Bhatt, permanent residence of
Bedkot Municipality, Ward no. 7, Suda, Kanchanpur, Nepal who will be undertaking
further studies in Master of Engineering (Civil) from , University of
Canberra ,Australia for two years and we shall provide him with financial support
during his stay in Australia which include total tuition fee of AUD 33000.00 and living
expenses of AUD $16,500.00 per annum.
