A blessed afternoon everyone! Before we formally start the program, let us see
if all our guests who have special part of the program have arrived. If I call your
name please stand up or raise your right hand.

Greetings: Once again, wonderful afternoon to all we gathered here today to

celebrate this special occasion - the Birthday of Nathan Anthony. We would like to
thank everyone, especially our visitors for sparing your precious time just to join us
today. So please, sit back, relax, and make yourselves comfortable as we are about
to begin the program.

Grand entrance intro: Few years ago, there is a little boy who came as a surprise
to his family. He grew up with so much love and kindness. He is loved by everybody
and became the joy of the family. His smile bares no limit. His heart is unafraid. His
mind is ready to try. And he’s ready for any adventure for the sake of fun and
friendship.

And today, this little boy is now turning into a fine young man for today is his 7 th
birthday. Ladies and gentlemen, please let us all stand as we witness the grand
entrance of our debutant together with his loving and supportive parents. Please
welcome Nathan Anthony B. Carmen. Please let us all sing a Happy birthday song.

Prayer: To spiritually open the program, may I ask everybody to please remain

To present the Circle of important persons Nathan’s life, let us all welcome the
following persons who will share their wishes and offer gifts for the debutant. And of
course these people will be the ones who will give him pieces of advice and kind
words along the way on how to become a perfect young man. So let us start with the
seven candles.

7 candles signify the 7 significant people in our debutant’s life. These people who
care for him and loved him unconditionally. As your name please come on stage,
light your candle and give a birthday wish for Nathan Anthony. To start, let’s have

7 gifts…it doesn’t matter how expensive, how elegant, or how precious the gifts are,
what matter most is the thought, the value and the essence that each gifts contains…

7 toys… these toys are significant to the debutant’s life because these will ad more
happy memories to his childhood life. To start, let’s have (name)
Let us now proceed to the 7 shirts (polo). these 7 shirts (polo) symbolize the
important people who give comport to the debutant whom he can rely on in times of
needs. To start, may we call on (name)

7 cakes… A cake is a symbol of more birthday returns. It also means longer life.
These 7 people will give our debutant some great memories to remember as he
celebrate the gift of life. Without further ado, let’s start with (name)

And now, let’s have the 7 yellow bills. They say money makes the world goes round,
which I do agree. This time, here are the 7 people who will give something that he
would need in the future. To start, let’s have (name)

Another is the 7 blue bills. Here are also the 7 people whom the debutant can rely
on in times of needs. To start, may we call on (name)

And lastly.. let’s have the 7 dance which symbolizes degrees of love and affection. As
your name is called, it’s your time to dance with the debutant. So the first dance

Message from the debutant: well, this celebration won’t be complete without
hearing any message from our debutant. So let us now give the microphone to
Nathan Anthony for his mesasge to everyone.

Message from the parents: And now may we call on the parents of Nathan Anthony
