    This is to certify that Qaiser Iqbal S/O Muhammad Nawaz having VUID MC150401825 was a
    student of Virtual University of Pakistan in Master of Computer Science (MCS) program. It is
    worth noting that the medium of instruction at Virtual University of Pakistan is English.

    He was my student in the course of “Software Engineering-II” (CS605) and he performed


    excellent in this course. He has a deep understanding and a penetrating insight of the concepts that
    have come across during his course work. He has a firm grasp of the theoretical aspects as well as
    the implications of the ideas presented to him. He always explained his views very concisely and
    gave supporting arguments that were both clear and persuasive.

    I am pleased to write in support Qaiser Iqbal’s application for higher studies as he has the aptitude
