Baby Back Ribs 3 - 2 - 1 , Masterbuilt Smoker

• Encender smoker a 250 º F @ 2:30 pm

• Remojar chips @ 2:30 pm

• Meter a ahumar ribs @ 3:15 pm,

• Moist @ 4:15 pm, add more chips

• Moist @ 5:15 pm, add more chips

• Sacar , moist & glaze y empapelar ribs @ 6:15 pm

• Quitar papel @ 8:15 pm , add more chips & glaze

• Sacar ribs @ 9:15 pm, dejar reposar 15 mins.

Pavo 3.5 hrs 300º F hasta alcanzar 165º F internos


en pechuga, Kamado joe

• Encendido y Preheat @ 4 pm

• Rub @ 4:30 pm

• Pa´l kamado @ 5:15 pm

• Mas tardar 8:40 pm pa fuera

• Reposar 30-40 mins

Prime Rib 2.5 hrs 350º F , hasta alcanzar 140º F


internos, Weber MT 22”

• Encender Weber MT @ 5:30 pm

• Rub @ 6 pm

• Empezar a ahumar a 6:30 pm

• Sacar pieza a las 9 pm o a los 140 º F

• Reposar de 30 a 40 mins
