I was surprised to get a same day booking for 2 people on a weekday. The restaurant was almost full on a
hump day (Wednesday). Very good service from the time you walk through the hotel doors. The greeter asked if
we were going to GR Restaurant and when we said yes, she walked us from the door to the restaurant where
she handed us over to another hostess.

Won't leave a detailed review about the food as there are enough here. With 2 starters, a burger, a Beef
Wellington, 1 dessert, 1 small mineral water and a glass of house pouring red being close to RM1,000, I feel you
get better value elsewhere. Don't get me wrong... The food was very good with the Beef Wellington being the
stand out for us. Their sharing plates for food were warm/heated while the sharing plates for the dessert were
cold/chilled. Expect to pay about 40% premium for the name/service.

Only get to try out 2 starters and 3 mains and end up no room for dessert. I really value the freshness of it's Citrus Cured
